Craig stayed late and answered all of my e-bike questions. I was very impressed with the whole store. Lots of great gear and an extremely impressive selection of SWEET bikes. I'm planning on returning to purchase a set of bikes for my Wife and I so we can spend more time outdoors. We are from Idaho Falls, and the trip to St Anthony was definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

We rented some ebikes to ride through Yellowstone. Greg was super helpful and professional from renting, instructions on using the equipment, and overall customer care.. The equipment was top notch and almost new. I highly recommend the shop for your adventure needs.

We rented electric scooters and e-bikes from InstaGear. Each time Greg was so helpful. He was thorough in explaining the use of them and safety. We were grateful for that because we seem to be a bit accident prone. We had a BLAST both times. We will definitely be back next summer.

My teenage boys and I happened upon this outdoor adventure company on Google maps. The family that runs this shop is totally awesome and they took really good care of helping us plan some last minute fun. We did boat rentals and a shuttle ride for about 2 hours on the river. Highly recommended!!

I contacted Greg about renting out some of his equipment for a float trip my group wanted to go on today which was Sunday. Even though he was closed he was more than happy to accommodate us and meet us at his shop Sunday morning. Everything was aired up and all was in working order. Greg was so amazing! My bike tire went flat on the Ashton-Tetonia trail and he brought me a replacement so I wasn’t stuck out there. He was really nice about it and I was so grateful for his help! We traveled from NY for the fishing, but left our poles at home. We called Instagear Outdoor Rentals to rent and although shop was under construction, they met us at the shop and rented us poles and other gear. They were very helpful and we had a great time!! Thanks

I needed an extra kayak for just a few days. It was nice to have InstaGear Outdoor Rentals so close with ample inventory. Greg was friendly, the process was quick, and the price was fair. We rented the 8 person instant tent and it was clean, easy to set up and the InstaGear location is easily accessible from the highway. Great prices for rentals.
