Our business is a family business. Our kids are often at the shop helping or hanging out. I don’t help out as much as I used to but I love tagging along to do a bounce house set up with Greg whenever I can! Sometime last year our six year old decided that Friday nights were for date night and he encouraged us to have those nights together. It’s been awesome! Last night while we were gone, the shop phone rang at the house and he answered it. “Is your dad there?” To which he answered, “No. It’s Friday night date night!” Family time is a priority to us and I’m grateful for our six year old’s example.
