🚧 Trail Closure Notice 🚧 We’ve learned from our friends over at Idaho State Parks and Rec that exciting improvements are coming to the Ashton Tetonia trail! 🎉 Starting back on April 1, 2026, the trail will be closed from the Ashton trailhead (N 3600 E in Marysville) to the Fall River Trestle as they begin paving this section. This closure will remain in place until further notice while crews work to make the trail smoother and more enjoyable for everyone. We kindly ask that you respect all closure signs and traffic control devices and give crews the space they need to work safely. 👉 Looking to hit the trail? The next available access point will be the Grainville parking lot. Crews will be paving roughly 5.5 miles of the trail including from Marysville to Fall River trestle, Judkins parking lot to Bitch creek trestle, and Tetonia to the highway. Be sure to follow our page for the latest updates as the project progresses. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to enjoy the finished product! 🌲🚴‍♀️
